Despite our initial impression of the restaurant not being... read more We were traveling through Kansas and looking for a quick bite to eat when we found Twisters on Yelp. Despite our initial impression of the restaurant not being great, we decided to give it a try based on the good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly waitress and excellent service. The patty melt and pork chop were delicious, but the German kartoffels were the standout dish. We even brought home leftovers to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. This experience taught us not to judge a book by its cover.

Smart assed comments referring to hamburger, fries, drink order. Then got the fries order wrong anyway. Bad for business person. We eat at Twisters regularly but we won’t after today’s treatment. The food was overcooked, the fries were soggy, the waiter never gave refills, nor our bill, so I had to go to the bar just to pay, and to top it all off there were flies everywhere. Would not recommend, do not listen to the other reviews. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
