I o... read more This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's local, and we've given it multiple chances. Every single time, there's been an issue. I ordered the new "boss" sandwich, but it was missing all the requested ingredients and was completely cold. I've been trying to call their number for the past 20 minutes, but nobody is picking up. I attempted to file a complaint with corporate, but their process is all digital, and I can't reach anyone without the receipt information that they never provided. I genuinely dislike this place. We've eaten at Subways from coast to coast, and this one is the absolute worst.

He rolled... read more I walked in at 7:30, and a guy with blue hair (who didn’t have a name tag) was noticeably frustrated about taking my order, even huffing and puffing. He rolled his eyes several times as well. I only ordered two sandwiches, but he spent most of the time telling stories to his coworker while using extremely foul language. I usually try to refrain from complaining about fast-food service since I’ve worked at a Subway for three years and understand the challenges they face. However, there’s a distinct difference between having a tough day and being outright disrespectful. Unfortunately, this employee was truly disrespectful. On the other hand, the younger employee with dark hair was very polite and attentive, which was a refreshing contrast.
