I'm not exactly sure how the food was since the staff at the drive-thru wouldn't take my order. She mentioned it was too cold, so we ended up going to McDonald's instead. They were busy with a long line. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. Every single order I’ve placed has been incorrect. I once received a meatball sub that had only three meatballs spread across an entire footlong! This location has been declining for years, and it’s quite embarrassing for Colby. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We ordered through the drive-thru, and the screen was difficult to read and confusing. When we reached the window, the staff was quite unfriendly, almost tossing our food and drinks out to us with a dismissive "have a good day." Once back on the interstate, we discovered that our sandwiches were completely incorrect. Instead of the turkey double meat or ham and turkey we ordered, we received a turkey and ham with vegetables we don’t enjoy and a chicken bacon ranch. I tried calling the store but got no response. I completed their survey but haven’t received any feedback. If you decide to dine here and use the drive-thru, I recommend double-checking your sandwiches before leaving. I initially thought there might have been a mix-up between the kiosk and the store, but the sandwiches listed on our receipt were correct. It seems we either got someone else’s order or sandwiches that had been made incorrectly for other customers, and they just handed them to us.
I love subway and eat at subways across the US. Unfortunately, this hands down was the worst one I have ever been to. Staff was very flat/ no greeting, no eye contact, overall looked miserable to be there. Told them what I wanted after being stared at and not being asked what I wanted. Once my husband and I went to put on condiments… I wish I was exaggerating.. the guy put 2 pieces of each item on.. 2 small pieces of onion, 2 jalapeños, 2 tomatoes, and 4 pickles only because I asked for lots and lots of pickles… same for my husband. Super weird. Get to the car start eating- my bread was sooo hard and Chewy it scraped the roof of my mouth and after that I just ate the insides out. Husband said his bread was dry but not chewy. Overall, very disappointing experience. Someone needs to train these people better.
