The employees at Subway prepared our sandwiches and brought them all out at the same time to be toasted. My wife and I ordered melted cheese on our sandwiches, but the cheese was still cold and not melted in the middle. We returned them to the counter, and the girl informed us that everything was precooked anyway. My wife, who is 20 weeks pregnant with twins, needed her food to be heated/cooked properly. They took all three sandwiches back and toasted them together in the same toaster. We were disappointed that as paying customers we had to specifically ask for our food to be properly prepared and not rushed.

I was disappointed with the Colby, WI Subway. I ordered a Subway Melt and received something different.
