I was disappointed with the Colby, WI Subway. I ordered a Subway Melt and received something different. While th... read more I wasn’t aware it was such a crime to get a sub from subway until tonight at 8:30. Not only were we greeted with a scowl but an eye roll to go with it. While the worker proceeded to slam cutting boards down to make us feel even more un welcome another much friendlier worker came around to help. Whoever the blonde worker was that felt it was her job to not only act completely unprofessional but to embarrass her co workers during the tantrum I hope you don’t make a habit out of treating people poorly, maybe customer service isn’t a field you should be in.

The employees at Subway prepared our sandwiches and brought them all out at the same tim... read more During our four-hour journey, we stopped at this restaurant for dinner. The employees at Subway prepared our sandwiches and brought them all out at the same time to be toasted. My wife and I ordered melted cheese on our sandwiches, but the cheese was still cold and not melted in the middle. We returned them to the counter, and the girl informed us that everything was precooked anyway. My wife, who is 20 weeks pregnant with twins, needed her food to be heated/cooked properly. They took all three sandwiches back and toasted them together in the same toaster. We were disappointed that as paying customers we had to specifically ask for our food to be properly prepared and not rushed.
