Subway - Colby

During our four-hour journey, we stopped at this restaurant for dinner. The employees at Subway prepared our sandwiches and brought them all out at the same time to be toasted. My wife and I ordered melted cheese on our sandwiches, but the cheese was still cold and not melted in the middle. We returned them to the counter, and the girl informed us that everything was precooked anyway. My wife, who is 20 weeks pregnant with twins, needed her food to be heated/cooked properly. They took all three sandwiches back and toasted them together in the same toaster. We were disappointed that as paying customers we had to specifically ask for our food to be properly prepared and not rushed.

I was disappointed with the Colby, WI Subway. I ordered a Subway Melt and received something different. I will not be returning until they get their subs right.

If you care about your children, do not allow them to work at this restaurant. There is no supervision and employees are allowed to buy nicotine for minors.

Ordered an Italian bmt last night, the half of it was made from the cold cut combo, not sure why, how I worked in a subway, especially hers, and they don't even know what meat goes on a sandwich? oh, we don't forget that it took her 5 minutes to realize that 3 of us wait to be served.

Service was good and they did not jump to the subsfills. I like the new supplement to sandwiches
