This is the first Chinese restaurant I've seen use parboiled rice to make fried rice.This was an abomination and takes away from fried rice in a terrible way.Anyone that doesn't know what parboiled rice is...par(sub,below) rice partially cooked in the husk so it is not easily over cooked when used.If one doesn't know how to not over cook rice don't try and run a Chinese restaurant.
