What phutty doesn't like about Uata:
I really like the concept here, but the reality is a let-down: the burgers and fries are average at best. My burger (the Uata Pig) was nicely seasoned but otherwise bland, while my husband said his chicken burger was fairly tasteless overall. The burger buns were also thin and went a little bit to mush. We stopped in here while waiting until we could check in to our nearby accommodation, but we won't be hurrying back... View all feedback.

Found this on TA and figured it was worth a try. We found it after getting lost but that's part of the fun. Burgers and fries were very good. Glad we went.
