Dom Pedro - Coimbra

Old fashion restaurant with typical Portuguese dishes, the portions were large and the price was acceptable. We order the grilled octopus and the baked pig. The waiter Rafael was very pleasant and explained the specialties in a very clear and friendly way. In total we spend about 45 € with a bottle of wine.

Paulo gave us excellent service, although I had to serve a huge pre-ordered group that my partner and I really appreciated! Although it was summer, they made an exception to serve us seafood (their usual octopus rice is a winter dish) The food was excellent and we finished every single piece! Would recommend making an extended booking as I ran the risk of almost turning away, but for Paulo's kindness!

Great local restaurant. The decorations so nostalgic and beautiful. The servers were friendly and helpful too. Food taste so good and worth the price. Easy to locate and walking distance to the walking street and to the Santa Cruz Cathedral. Will be back

Um lugar muito digno! Sopa do dia por 1,95 euros e robalo fresquinho grelhado com acompanhamento de legumes cozidos por 11,50. O proprietário sorridente e atencioso criou um ambiente descontraído, e toalhas de mesa brancas e lindos pratos deram a um jantar comum uma aparência festiva.

Estava fechado porque era dia de Portugal, mas como tinham grupo reservado, fizeram-nos o favor de comer com o grupo. Comemos rosbife com batata e repolho, a comida estava deliciosa, muito boa. O garçom entende espanhol e fala um pouco. Eles são muito atenciosos e gentis. É um pouco caro para Portugal.
