Drinks with no straws. Ordered fries with ketchup and no ketchup recieved The food was mediocre with fries more on the cold side.

This is a popular drive in McDonalds in the city of Coimbra. It was the 2nd McDonalds to open in the city. The first having been in Praça da República, which has now closed down. Expect the usual things cheap food, not very healthy, but it fills a hole in the stomach.

But really they're not. I believe this particular one was a franchise not open by McDonald's itself, it was one of the first to open in Coimbra, about 15 years ago, and it is in my opinion the worst in town. Nowadays there are a lot of alternatives in the shopping centre Dolce Vita, which is really close.
