What User doesn't like about Martram's The South Indian Coffee House Saibaba Colony:
Very very worst response from owner lady. When I was asked clear bill copy for claiming purpose, she denied to take re bill and spoke very harshly. She told our entire team to leave from their shop and started talking disrespectfully and used unparliamentary words and inspite of some other customers advising her she never bothered.. This would be the last visit from our entire organisation. View all feedback.
Taste is good and appreciation for keeping detox water. But, cost is way is too expensive. For one small kolukatai you are charging ₹20 for single piece approx only 2 inch . A set is fine. You should consider to reduce the cost. Please don't forget you are a small snacks shop. If you move forward like this definitely your competitor will arise easily soon.
They offer a choice between refined sugar/country sugar to be added in their tea or coffee which is a very good idea.
The coffee served here is a filter coffee. The roast on the bean could be somewhere between a rare and a medium. They have good variety of snacks too that go well with the coffee. Good place for a quick coffee stop. I tried the coconut jaggery ball(Thengai panavellam urundai). It was very nice. Neither too sweet nor too overpowered by coconut flakes.
