This restaurant serves good quality food which is well prepared, full of interesting flavours and reasonably priced. The local house wine is great. The service is fast, friendly and professional. We wanted pizza but couldn 't get in to Le Duguesclin so we followed a young family to Le Sarment Brulant. They were almost full on a Saturday night but thankfully we were seated. One of my favorite restaurants on cognac. should offer in addition to their usual menus various vegetable menus with twisted touch for those who try to go to the factory.
A treat. Perfect cooked meat, excellent fries, and adorable waiters.
Good reception, we ordered four pizzas, all very good. We've eaten under the tent outside. That was great.
I'm coming with work colleagues. We eat very well at noon and the terrace is nice.
