Cocoa - Coffs Harbour

In what was a day from hell, Cocoa was a beacon of humanity. After a Mitsubishi meltdown left us stranded in Coffs, Cocoa offered us a refuge. Welcomed with open arms and a warm smile, Emily and the staff comforted and raised our spirits. The coffee was excellent and we were literally brought to tears. Dropped in for coffees during a walk. A little chilly today. Usual prompt friendly service - nice coffee. Recommend.

Nice customer service, staff were lovely. Thickshakes were a letdown, they were milkshakes even after asking for extra ice cream in them. Food was 7/10. Was expensive for 2 people. Overall was alright, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

Extremely over priced for how small the meals are. Had eggs benny, got a table spoon of hollandaise sauce, was really vinegary, only got one rasher of bacon. Asked for a take away iced chocolate, got given a glass. We were belittled by staff; were very rude. Asked for lactose free milk and got an eye roll from staff. Felt sick after our meals. Will not be recommending.

Coffee great, food very tasty, staff friendly and setting really nice. Prices also reasonable. Once again, we weren't disappointed. Thank you.
