What Andrea Reinen likes about 1802 Oyster Bar & Bistro:
Loved this place, great atmosphere, great staff, 1802 Beer was great. The three sauces we chose for oysters were all delicious. My husband and son convinced me my teeth had gone black from squid ink buns but later told me they were joking just to watch me cover my mouth. The Pork Belly bites were yum but glad to share them as they were filling. br/ The price was not cheap but well worth it. br/ View all feedback. What Thérèse Poulain doesn't like about 1802 Oyster Bar & Bistro:
The oysters were delicious, we loved the selection. A wide selection of seafood on the seafood plate, but the whole food was cold. The children's dishes are overpriced.$15 for a bowl spaghetti is ridiculous. Overall a nice culinary experience, but simply overpriced View all feedback.

The fresh seafood offerings are simply unbeatable, with oysters described as sweet, juicy, and crunchy. The spawnless oysters are particularly praised for their firmness, plumpness, and delightful marine flavor. The restaurant's friendly staff and warm atmosphere make for a pleasant dining experience. While some guests found the prices to be on the higher side, the quality of the food and service is highly recommended. Special mention is made of the delicious oysters available in various styles, as well as other seafood and dessert options that received glowing reviews. Overall, 1802 Oyster Bar and Bistro is a must-visit destination for any seafood lover in the Eyre Peninsula area.
