Kfc - Coffeyville

The place was extremely dirty, and the management and service were terrible. Instead of placing a food order, I tried to use the app to offer my assistance, but I was told that labor costs were too high to hire help. It's no surprise the restaurant was in such a filthy state, and to make matters worse, three of the orders were incorrect. I was told "sorry" but never received what I ordered. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I had a great experience at KFC in Coffeyville. The food was delicious, and although I had to wait a bit, it was definitely worth it. The staff did an excellent job. Food: 5 Service: 5

I ordered a meal and requested extra chicken wings. Unfortunately, all three wings I received were tiny, resembling pencils. The biscuit was also small and undercooked in the center. To make matters worse, when I opened the coleslaw, I found a fly buzzing around in it, so I had to discard that, even though I was really looking forward to it. The only somewhat enjoyable item was the mashed potatoes. Come on, KFC, you need to do better!

I drove from Independence to check out KFC because the new manager said it was going to be better. And OMG it is! The chicken isn't greasy like it use to be and they made my order exactly the way I wanted it! Great job! And I will be back!! Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
