The atmosphere at the NYC Piano Bar is priceless, and definitely the main attraction, along with some good bar service. They have a piano playing singer, up for taking requests from patrons for a little tip. Otherwise the singer will pleasantly sing random songs from am earlier time period. Think Billy Joel style, and similar artists. The service is good, and friendly. The food fare runs a little short on the size of... View all feedback.

this was a fun experience to go, but definitely not up to a nyc piano bar that I was. They got a new chef and the lobsterbisque was actually one of the best I had, so it seems as if they were trying to improve the dinge. another proposal would be to improve the cash. the cocktails are from a dose and expensive and not good at all. it would be a great improvement to make a bartender in the position to real cocktails.... I've never had a bad restaurant experience before, but this time was a different story. We had made reservations through OpenTable, but upon arrival, the staff was unaware of our booking. As someone who works in customer service, I felt sorry for our waiter as they seemed unprepared for our large party. The chicken parmesan was overcooked to the point where it was difficult to cut through, and our orders were mixed up by the waiter. Even when a colleague tried to help, they commented on the waiter's incompetence. The salmon on the salad was undercooked, the pizza was delivered to the wrong table, and the pot roast potatoes were hard and cold. With a bill totaling $400 and half the food left uneaten, we felt the meal was not worth the price. While the location may be good for a drink in downtown, I would advise avoiding the food due to the poor service and overpricing.
The atmosphere was lively and the crowd was fantastic! The service was excellent!
Firstly, I attended a Christmas party where many of my employees had already left, but some of us remained. The waitress/host/bartender went around to each table and started going through people's pockets without asking, in search of something. This invasion of our personal space was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Secondly, on another occasion, I went with two female friends to the restaurant at around 8pm when it was not very busy. The owner/pianist approached us and jokingly suggested that we either dance or take off our clothes. One of my friends was offended and went to the bathroom. The owner then accused her of being drunk and had the security guard escort her out. My other friend and I were left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this establishment.

Great food and drinks! I’ve come here a lot in the last two or so years and always like trying different cocktails and the serving staff management are so kind and helpful.Usually such a fun time in my many past experiences, but the regular entertainment can at times be disappointing and at times has made in appropriate comments towards female audience members. It comes off aggressive at worst and misogynistic at best. I think they would improve by more appropriate banter with audience members and less offensive rewrites of classics. At one point it became very political and the performer openly used profanity towards certain belief systems and political ideas. It felt off from the rest of the nights fun upbeat classics and other light entertainment. It didn’t ruin my night at all but definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for future possible outings. Just not my cup of tea at those few points during the night.
