Taco Bell - Coeur d'Alene

I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell in Coeur d'Alene! The food was excellent, and the staff truly cared about providing great service. Everything was served quickly and accurately, and the restaurant was very clean. Kudos to the team! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at five stars.

I ordered from this Taco Bell through Uber Eats twice, and both times I received the wrong order. Their best solution was to suggest that I have the Uber driver return so they could replace my order. However, it's not the driver's fault that they attached my receipt to the wrong bag. Plus, who has the extra money to tip the driver again? He did his job correctly; can you please do yours? Food was freshly made, everyone was polite made sure you had your correct order sauces, napkins everything you need to enjoy your meal.

If I could give negative stars I would. Most of the food was drowning in sauce,they added sauce to items we said we didn't want sauce on. Three of our tacos had raw meat and when we told the register person to make new ones he got very aggressive and started making a scene.

They don’t know how to make a quesadilla for the life of them. Can’t even cut it correctly, and when asked for extra sauce and charged for it they decided to just not put any sauce at all. Every time I order a quesadilla from this location it’s absolute trash.
