Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Well, we called in our order. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra pommes. and custom ordered burgers. The nice girl came out and read the order back to us and was right. Arrival home. Nothing. absolutely nothing was right.. I had 15 Pommes... no extra. She had 10! No frits.. no campfire sauce and both hamburgers were cold.. it was a 5 minute drive home. For fast food is what Red Robin interprets as good food. It was a complete disappointment at each level. Avoid this place after a long working week will save you the absolute frustration of a very disappointing meal. Shame on you. People, rely on you to provide a quality meal when they pay with their hard-earned money. I should never be a risk of eating in your facility. As one of Google's Top 10% Restuarant reviewers, you earned zero respect from me. That was the worst burger I ever had from Red Robin. far away from fresh and tasty.

RR is pretty consistent. I worked my car at the Honda dealer and grabbed a beer and a burger while watching a college football. I had the Skorpionburger. I think it was mildly spicy. It wasn't thai spicy, but it was good. I have to spice the RR fry and love groundless frits.

We brought our son to Red Robin for his birthday and it was a great experience! We sat fast, our server was so nice and our food came hot and fresh! I also love their burgers being flambs, and of course the cute frits, especially with their campfire sauce?

Red Robin! Come for the bottomless pommes homemade ranch. Stay for the great delicious burgers! Dined tonight 4/18/2022. The food was as expected. Gavin's service was not. Gavin has a great task to take care of us while leaning to his other tables in the busy dining room. Will definitely return when the Red Robin mood strikes again.

My family ate here tonight and it was truly terrible from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left (which was a very long time). We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being a 40 minute wait until we were seated. We waited another 20 minutes to order. We had to ask several times for drink refills. After such a long wait to be seated and to order they didn?t have the menu items available that my kids ordered. We never received my daughter?s milkshake so we asked about it when a waitress finally came by at the end of our meal and she said she forgot to tell us they ran out of milk and were unable to make the milkshake. But don?t worry they still tried to charge us for the milkshake. Here?s a picture of the burger and few fries we finally got with the empty drink. Really horrible service. We won?t be back!
