Drummin Up Bbq - Coeur d'Alene

Who is in the mood for a barbecue. We're on a long trip home from Idaho and we're looking for some food we've been in our last 3 hours and we found this little hidden gem. Oh, my goodness, if you try something your Mac and cheese dish with the grilled meat in it throw up some sour cream that you don't go wrong and I tell you, you need to try to believe it. I don't think I've ever seen this. Be patient at the order because they do not have that stuff just made to order it.

If you are in the mood for a real house cooking comfort food to its best, then go on to Drumming up BBQ!! This food truck is currently outside the government between Appleway and Neider. My daughter and I have been trying their BBQ for some time, boy I'm glad we made it! We both got them Beef Briscuit Special- a huge double-baked potato filled with Cheddar cheese, delicate slowly roasted Briscuit, green onions and simply incredible delicious! The lunch special portion is more than enough to share for two people, unnecessary to say we had rests galore after trying to stuff us with this amazing treat for the first taste buds! The dishes served here are all from the ground up, their meat is slowly roasted in their place smokers, the small extra waiting period during lunch was very good! We will definitely come back!

As someone who travels for work, Drummin' Up BBQ has quickly become one of my favorite places for a meal when I'm in the area. The bride is amazing and the portion size is very generous for the price, no matter what you order. Finish it with fast, friendly service and you can absolutely not go wrong here.

Best BBQ in CDA. Drove there on a spur of the moment decision since they were open, worth every penny. You can't go wrong!
