She was very understanding and genuinely interested in hearing all the details about our experience. I could tell that this is not their usual standard of service. Lynette was eager to address the issues we faced, and I appreciated her care in following up with us. Although we did have a disappointing experience, I'm glad to know that they are proactive about resolving it with Jamie and making improvements for future guests. I would be open to giving them another chance when we're back in the area.
