My new favorite fast food spot! They have delicious tacos and the best verde burrito I've ever had. The staff is really friendly too. I picked up food last week and enjoyed it so much that I've eaten there three times since. I know what I'm having again today! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
They were short handed an had alot of take out orders. The place hadnt been cleaned for the day. I do not know why they let us n when they were only doing take out. It took about a half hour to get to place our order. They had not made the ice tea for the day. the food was not very good because there were too many empty containers to chose from. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
They're trying their best. But at low /h compared to other jobs, they tend to become less motivated workers. Great food! I just need a tiny faster service. Go on!
The food was good, but the servers kept asking me questions that I didn 't understand what they meant, and then getting impatient with me for not understanding. Do you want anything more from this side? This side of what? I think a little more explanation and clarity could go a long way.
Let me just start by saying this was my first time ever ordering from Qdoba. We ordered delivery (via doordash). Upon opening our order, it was noticed that my fajita steak quesadilla was not in the bag. I called Qdoba and they apologized and said I could come in and pick up one. They told me to wait a little bit to go in because they were very busy and waiting a little bit would allow the line to die down. I reluctantly drove to the store to pick up my new quesadilla when I found out they could not make the fajita quesadilla due to not having the vegetables. They asked if I would like to have just a plain steak quesadilla, which I said yes. I did mention that I would be getting charged (via doordash) the greater amount though and I would like this to be taken care of. I was then told that a manager was not on shift and that I would be getting contacted the next day. This was 4 or 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. The staff handled it the best they could without having a manager on shift which is odd to me in a fast food environment. I was offered 2 free entree cards for future visits, but it's pretty unlikely I'll visit there again. In addition to this, whatever they may put into the quesadilla causes it to become soggy, which was kind of gross and I didn't eat some of the quesadilla due to it.
Employees were uncaring and had vacant stares as they were serving. Food was not even great for Qdoba standards, since they skimped on the ingredients on the burrito. The girls working the counter had the aura of not really wanting to be there, which affected the service
I called 20mins ahead of time to see if the business was open due to short staff of most days. They said they are indeed open. I drive over and the doors are locked, so i called and spoke to the manager she said a employee just left for the day and so they locked the door for online orders only.. I live 57 miles out of town and really love the food but I feel the service should prioritize walk-in customers over online orders. While on the phone a small family of 4 walked away due to the same situation and me. I have worked in the restaurant business before I totally understand being under staffed. But these kids nowadays truly do not understand what being understaffed is like.
