Hands down the best Pho I have ever eaten! And that is really saying something as I have had Pho in Hawaii, California, and many other places. The bone broth was top notch! I usually add Sriracha and Hoisin sauce directly to the soup but I didn't want to change the amazing flavor. Don't get me wrong, I still used them, just on the side from a dish.
