Dirty tables, cold burgers, empty drinks machine. It was completely different years ago.
Absolutely disgraceful. I was just there with my wife and daughter because we wanted to eat something. When we wanted to order, the young man standing at the cash register called a woman forward because he obviously didn't understand me. The lady then told me that I had to order at the machine at the front because the young man didn't speak German “yet”. After a few attempts, I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to order from the machine. When I asked the young man again to call the lady forward, she came forward, obviously snorting in annoyance. I then told her that we were going to eat somewhere else because I couldn't handle the vending machine. Before I had even finished the sentence, I was dismissed with a short “OK” and she ran back to the back. The entire restaurant is empty and no one even asks if you can help or what the problem is. Here you are clearly shown that you are not wanted. A service that is technically absolutely poor
It's a shame that the employees can't tell the difference between the sweet and sour sauce I ordered and the sour cream
I just waited about 10 minutes to be able to order. (QR codes only work for the employee at the checkout what nonsense) Unfortunately the order didn't come through because there were still four or five open orders. It took our colleagues five minutes to place an order; they were obviously overwhelmed with the KidsMenu. I then left the restaurant hungry. Fast food is somehow different.
