We happened to visit on a day that some regulars said was especially busy, but the cozy interior made it easy to wait for our drinks. They did forget to bring my partner's drip coffee, but when we asked about it, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

We ordered t... read more We could catch the incredible aromas from this coffee shop from half a block away! After wandering around the town, we couldn't resist stopping in. We ordered two 16 oz cappuccinos, which had the perfect balance—not too dry and not too wet—and they were spot on! We also sampled a tasty coffee cake muffin, and the selection of treats was fantastic. The outdoor seating was a lovely addition since we had our border collies with us. We’ll definitely return!

I've enjoyed good drinks and some that missed the mark. Despite these ups and downs, I would still recommend it because there are many positives here. Today, I had my sister order a triple shot mocha with two shots of decaf and one shot of regular coffee. It was a bit complicated, but not too difficult. Unfortunately, the barista completely missed the coffee aspect and made me a hot chocolate instead—essentially a mocha without the mocha! I tried to see the humor in it, but folks, we really need some consistency! I'm sure if I had been there in person, the order would have been corrected, but I want to offer this as constructive criticism. Remember, friendly customer service is what cultivates a thriving small business, and the more consistent you are with it, the better your profits will be. Rawhide, I genuinely want to see you improve in this area. Every time I visit, I want to leave feeling fantastic. Ultimately, it's us customers who contribute to your success. So please prioritize our satisfaction, or you risk not succeeding. I've given you 5 stars because I believe in you. I love your atmosphere and products. You create a wonderful space for making great memories over hot drinks, but right now, your service is only around a 3.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the match between the atmosphere and the service was perfect. There were so many options and varieties for drinks. I especially enjoyed the delicious cowboy casserole!
