Cooked perfectly and served on hot plates. Fluffy pancakes, thick bacon, well cooked eggs, and good home fried potatoes. The inside of the restaurant is super cute too. Wait staff was very friendly and quick to serve.

We were told that the wait would be 20 minutes, but it only took ten,... read more Unassuming from the outside until you see the small crowd waiting to get in to eat there. We were told that the wait would be 20 minutes, but it only took ten, and after having eaten there I would have waited an hour! We had breakfast... I had the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were so fluffy and not heavy at all, the gravy was seasoned well, the sunny side up eggs were perfect, the bacon was super thick and cooked right. But the huge standout of the meal for me was the spicy potatoes, they were amazing!!! My son had a short stack of pancakes, and they were super fluffy and light, he really enjoyed them. The staff was the most attentive that I 've seen in a long time, they were very helpful to us and each other, and genuinely nice . The restaurant was very clean and decorated well. The cowboys bathroom was clean and smelled good...I can 't give a review of the cowgirls bathroom because I would have been thrown out if I had gone in. My only one small complaint was that the coffee cups were a little on the small side which required several refills. We plan on visiting again before our Yellowstone trip is over.

My coffee never cooled down because a staff member came around to refill it at just the right moments. The food was delicious; we both ordered the almond-crusted berry French toast, which was delightful. I also had hash browns and bacon on the side, and they were some of the best I've ever had. Overall, this restaurant is fantastic, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful breakfast.

Quick seating, fast service. Food was delicious; hubby and father in law had the Cowboy Omelet and I had the California Omelet. My side was cheese grits as opposed to potatoes or fruit and they had a good flavor. A little runny but they didn’t taste instant; nothing is worse than instant grits.
