The dishes were high-quality. We ordered two mini tartare samples (a delicious melt-in-the-mouth experience), a horse rib steak, and a sliced ​​beef steak: meats of boundless goodness! What we really appreciated was that the meats were served without salt or seasoning, so everyone could decide what to add to them (salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil were provided at the table). A caponata and grilled vegetables were served on the side. All this delicacy was washed down with Buttafuoco (which I love because it gives me that fluffy feeling on my tongue), which created very pleasant aromas and sensations. To finish, two desserts (panna cotta and tiramisu). Two coffees. A satisfying experience that was worth our day trip from Garlasco just to try the place, and we 'll definitely try it again. We were extremely helpful; Chef Lorenzo had to call in some reinforcements, but he welcomed us warmly. We were truly satisfied with everything: the food, the service, the ambiance, and the exquisite hospitality: two beautiful tables were set up in the main room so we didn't have to split up.
