Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Coconut Creek

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's conveniently located right across the street, but I would choose to come here no matter where it was. It’s never crowded, you can order online and your food is ready quickly, plus the staff is consistently friendly. However, I’ve noticed that the atmosphere can seem a bit slow since there are rarely many customers when I visit, and the staff sometimes appear bored although they immediately jump in to assist. The food is fantastic; however, I have to admit that the prices are on the higher side. The last time my girlfriend and I went, our two sandwich and smoothie meals came to $40.

I've been visiting this restaurant for over two years and have consistently received accurate and well-prepared orders. I decided to leave a review today because the service was outstanding. A young lady who was working there was incredibly helpful when my mother went to pick up an order I mistakenly placed at the wrong location. This staff member promptly offered to fix my error and even brought our order to the car once it was ready, so my mother didn't have to wait inside or go back in. Thank you for making our day brighter!

I ordered a smoothie but ended up with a piece of plastic in it! The staff, specifically the girls, had awful attitudes and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. After finishing my drink, I discovered a large piece of styrofoam. This was my first and definitely last visit to Tropical Smoothie for what turned out to be mediocre beverages.

I was here the other day. The boy taking my order was so busy on the phone, cursing in front of me and my child and made my smoothie poorly. Will NOT be coming back.
