Upscale Italian Surprising is located at Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek. A very nice decor at one of the entrances of the casino. A very large restaurant with divided dining areas. Started with a very good grilled romaine alla prosciutto ,evoo, shaved parmesan reggiano, prosciutto di parma, balsamic sirup, and cracked black pepper. For Entrees, my wife ordered the braided short rib, boneless short rib, winery and potato mashed. A very large part that is melted in the mouth. I ordered the Snapper alla Pescatora,pan-seared Snapper, shrimps, peimcups and middle neck mussels served over Tuscan kale with a marinara sauce. Very nice.

Working here. Chefs really work hard to find the freshest high quality ingredients and makes a lot of research to only have authentic Italian cuisine on the menu. Live music I think Tuesdays and Wednesdays wine below Wednesdays special). Great wine selection also! Very recommend the short rib. In a red wine Demi Glasur roasted for hours. So tender, so rich and tasty.

Great restaurant, our waiter Jason was brilliant, friendly waiter made sure we were all right that we had a nice time to enjoy our food. Loved the atmosphere, free bread was delicious. I had the house salad chicken parmigiana it was also delicious taste authentic light. Dessert was incredibly good. You will not regret it!!
