The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. While some have mentioned messy areas near the self-serve soda machines as a reason for lower ratings, my issue was with the temperature of the food. The cheese on my burger wasn't melted; it looked like it was just taken out of the plastic. I understand it's fast food, but it should still be served hot and fresh. I won’t rate any restaurant higher than 2 stars if the food isn’t properly heated. The food itself was good, and in my opinion, Wendy’s has the best BBQ sauce. However, if the food isn’t hot, the rating has to stay low.
I had a great experience at Wendy's. My favorite part was being served by Juan, who made every visit fantastic. Whenever he's there, the whole restaurant lights up with joy, making it truly worth spending money on the food. I look forward to coming back and enjoying another meal.
We stopped briefly for gas and a snack and were pleasantly surprised. Brandon was very helpful and polite. The service was outstanding, and the food was both delicious and affordable. The welcoming atmosphere and great meals made the experience truly worthwhile.
We had previously visited this restaurant and had a much more enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this time the service was disappointing. The cashier appeared to be in need of a break, as she was rather rude to the customer ahead of me. I asked her to fix my order because I had only requested a sandwich, but she mistakenly charged me for a full meal. To prove that I wasn't trying to get free fries, I offered to return them to her. I politely pushed the bag toward her so she wouldn't have to reach too far, but she abruptly grabbed the fries, causing some to spill on the floor.
I ordered a Dave's Double, which was about $1.50 more expensive here than at another location I visited last week. The burger was delicious, but I also tried a $5 Biggie Bag, and it was just average. The fries were a bit soggy, and they forgot to include the sauce for my nuggets.
