Sonic Drive-in - Cocoa

The restaurant really needs to hire more staff. It's hard to believe they only have one person working on the weekends! With such limited help, the food quality suffers because the worker is rushed to take everyone's orders. Wishing them the best of luck; they could use it.

I am not much for burger, but I had a taste for one tonight and I live near sonics and mcdonalds. and I did not eat mcdonald’s burger saw sonika it was. it was about the worst burger I ever had! the burger tastes like one of these burgers, who pick them out from a load in a plastic pack and put them in the microwave. it was absolutely terrible! nothing fresh. all wet and soggy. I'll never go there again. the only thing that is worth coming from there are the drinks shakes and I guess they call them Slurpee?s. so I gave him two stars

I went all the way home before I realized I had to eat something else. I ordered a big, boneless chicken meal. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's not even chicken. It's a bunch of crumbs and no meat. Even the larger pieces are only bread.

I used to be with Sonic. The word was earlier, it's a big word. The last four times I stopped, my food was cold for the first time and no sweet tea, 2. Once the burger was like 2 days old, tator dead were cold, and no sweet tea again. The third time, I ordered a BLT and the bacon was like dried rubber, salad was devastated and bread was soggy, and again no sweat tea and they could not make Oreo rays as they were from oreos. The fourth time I was today, I ordered two numbers 1's with sweet tea and tator deaths. They had no more sweet tea, zets were cold, and the burgers tasted again 2 days old. I have noticed a lot of terrible reviews in the last few months and nothing seems to change. I'm such a disappointed customer. This restaurant doesn't even deserve a star. Today, when I was there, the lady was very rude to me. I'm trying to give you a chance and it won't be better.

Is there less than 1 star? Worst fast food ever. Chicken sandwich was so over cooked it wasn?t edible. The bun was blackened on both sides- cannot believe someone thought it was ok to even serve it. Chili tots were flavorless. The shake was the only edible thing we received. I will not eat here again. What a turn off.
