So I ordered from Kelley's Pizzeria on the 20th of November and had it delivered via Grubhub. I ordered the Sicilian shrimp, mini Greek salad and the Garlic Shr... read more So I ordered from Kelley's Pizzeria on the 20th of November and had it delivered via Grubhub. I ordered the Sicilian shrimp, mini Greek salad and the Garlic Shrimp White pizza. My ordered arrived when it said it would on Grubhub. The driver had toreturn to the restaurant, because he forgot my pizza. I started with the shrimp, then moved to the salad. When I opened thepizza box, it was not the pizza that I ordered. Instead I received a chicken and artichoke hearts pizza. That was extremelydisappointing. I was looking forward to the garlic shrimp pizza. I spent roughly 50 dollars on the food. I would have given thisa 5 star, but receiving the wrong pizza did it. However, I will say that the food was amazing. With the exception of the wrongpizza.

Kelley's has been a go to for 20 plus years for our family. Unfortunately, several things went wron... read more While staying at the Hilton hotel, I was advised to order food from Kelsey's Pizzeria since the hotel had no restaurant. Unfortunately, several things went wrong. The initial phone operator abruptly stopped taking my order and transferred me to someone else—I'm not sure why, maybe she didn't like my voice? When my order finally arrived, the delivery guy just dropped it off at the front desk instead of bringing it to my room. If I wanted to pick it up myself, I could have easily taken an Uber to another restaurant. To make matters worse, the Alfredo I ordered was supposed to have either chicken or shrimp mixed in, but I was surprised to find just noodles—there was no shrimp at all! I considered calling to complain, but I’ve heard rumors about unhappy staff members, so I decided not to. Overall, this was a disappointing experience with Kelsey's Pizzeria. I’d be happy to discuss my concerns about their menu and service with the manager privately.

I tried to cut my eggplant parmigiana and couldn't do it so I looked at it and it was all burnt on the bottom. I called immediately and they said I could get a replacement, but I didn't feel like going back down. I said can't you just mark me in the book for my next trip. They said yes for 15% of my next parmigiana. That is unacceptable. I'm old and it's hard for me to get around, that's why I didn't go back down.
