Dunkin' - Cocoa

Worst ever. You will pay for food and they will not make it. Guaranteed. Watched it happen to 3 people in front of me and it happened to me. Here for 20 min getting a coffee and hash browns. It's empty. Lol. She didn't even know how to make a black icedcoffee...I'm not exaggerating.

Apparently the new bagel lineup only comes with half an egg and half a sausage patty. Never used to. $9.59 for half of what I should have gotten.

Visited this last night. Frozen ice machine didn't work, then every drink in my order was wrong. They try to talk to a manager, always message that the number number is selected is wrong. this is not the first time that I had problems with this special load. looks like scooters will be my place for coffee.

I just ordered two sausage and cheese croissants on my way to work. I got to work and they gave me two egg and cheese croissants with no sausage! I don't have time to go back before I have to clock in so no lunch for me. I will definitely be checking my order before I leave the drive thru!

We recently visited this location and were unable to use the restroom before making a purchase. The manager was very rude, both to us and to one of her fellow employees. I usually love Dunkin' Donuts, but this experience was terrible. Please work on improving customer service. The manager even claimed we were too loud and that it gave her a headache. What a disrespectful attitude! Thank you for the poor service.
