False advertising of product. Menu board says one price and it rings up higher. They don't care about their baiting and switching either.
Should be welcoming... GOOD MORNING greeting was met with I 'm not open til FIVE at 4:56am (25NOV). FYI: Lights ON and drive-thru accessible doesn 't mean place is OPEN.
I just ordered two sausage and cheese croissants on my way to work. I got to work and they gave me two egg and cheese croissants with no sausage! I don't have time to go back before I have to clock in so no lunch for me. I will definitely be checking my order before I leave the drive thru!
It seems that the new bagel selection only includes half an egg and half a sausage patty, which is not what I expected. I used to get a full serving. I paid $9.59 for half of what I should have received.
Terrible experience. You’ll pay for your food, but don’t expect it to be made. I saw it happen to three people ahead of me, and it happened to me as well. I waited 20 minutes just for a coffee and hash browns, and the place was empty. It’s laughable. The staff didn’t even know how to make a black iced coffee. I'm not exaggerating at all.
