I understand that they are called frozen coffee, but when someone says hilarious. they do not have to be rude to correct them. they take care of the customer and obviously know what they mean. avoid this place there is another on the road.

The other girl who was making the drinks was nasty as all get out. Snarked at my 9 year old when she asked what was in a drink she has never had, andshe was extremely rude to the newer girl for asking for help on the register. I will never go back to this location with the waythat one girl spoke to my daughter and that other lady.

Greet the customer AT the window to adjust the online order beingpicked up! As we wanted/ordered 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches. PLUS messed up the COFFEE order, our sizes were reduced &missing one entire coffee. Needless to say, we weren?t provided the items paid for! A gentleman working inside approached &apologized. A prior visit weekend before this, also shorted our drink pre order.
