Menu
The menu of Waves Craft Kitchen from Cocoa Beach comprises about 48 different dishes and drinks. On average you pay about $23.9 for a dish / drink.
In a recent visit to a local restaurant, diners experienced a mix of highs and lows. While some praised the impressive food quality, including standout dishes like crab mac and cheese and crab cakes, others noted significant drawbacks. A limited menu and disruptive atmosphere—exacerbated by a cooling draft and cleaning staff during meal times—left some feeling underwhelmed. Additionally, a desire for more diverse drink offerings was mentioned. Despite these challenges, enthusiastic feedback about the New Year's Eve service and the overall cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff suggests that, with improvements, the restaurant has the potential to thrive.

What User dislikes about Waves Craft Kitchen:
Terrible experience. We ordered drinks and an appetizer around 7 PM, but the appetizer arrived before our drinks. After waiting 25 minutes without our drinks, we noticed the bartender had only four people at the bar! I felt really sorry for our server, as it seemed she was overwhelmed. The ahi tuna appetizer was below average, and the chips were stale. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend... View all feedback.
The menu was quite limited, and everything felt overly elaborate. The door kept opening, letting in a draft, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. My steak was served cold, and after I sent it back, it returned just as cold. While they comped the steak, I would have preferred to enjoy a good meal instead.
We had our Christmas dinner at the restaurant and were seated at 8:30 PM, unaware that it closed at 9:00 PM. As we were eating, the staff began cleaning up, which was a bit disruptive. The music also stopped, so the atmosphere felt less festive. However, I must say the food was very good.
Delicious food, unique ingredient combinations, attentive waitstaff and nice decor. A tad pricey, but it is Cocoa Beach, Florida inside a Hilton hotel!
The food was subpar, especially considering the price. It was a buffet, yet I had a table for one and they still imposed a gratuity charge! There were no serving utensils available, and my waitress practically rushed me out the door even though I had only been there for half an hour. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
