Pineapple Point - Cocoa Beach
Pineapple Point
Description
Newly renovated Pineapple Point delivers a bright, airy coastal retreat with garage doors, porch seating and a lively bar. Standout wings, tacos and seafood share a broad, affordable menu with frozen cocktails and draft steals. Service is warm and personal, and the space suits game nights, lunches or casual dinners. Minor caveats: some mains can be inconsistent, occasional card-payment issues (ATM available), and online hours may be incorrect. Despite that, the friendly staff, value and upbeat atmosphere make it a worthwhile stop in downtown Cocoa Beach.

Freshly-renovated Pineapple Point is a huge improvement from its former iteration! Bright and airy interior with hightops, tables, and bar seating, as well as a few tables on the front porch. Much-improved something-for-everyone menu and lots of (reasonably-priced) cocktails, beers, wine, and frozen drinks (Pineapple Paradise, Pina Colada, and Creamsicle). Definitely worth a stop for lunch or dinner while in downtown Cocoa Beach!
We are visiting from Chicago and discovered this restaurant thanks to its fantastic reviews, so we decided to give it a try. It's a small venue with a charming atmosphere. Our waitress, Kristen, truly stood out; she was absolutely wonderful! Her personality and positive attitude made our experience even better. We really enjoyed her! I wish every restaurant had someone like her. She recommended the pickle fries, claiming they were delicious, and she was right—they were the best I’ve ever had! Everything we tried was exceptional. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious food! We will definitely be returning!
We arrived right as the restaurant opened and were informed that it was cash only due to a malfunction with the credit card system, although they did have an ATM available. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, which was decent and rated 4 out of 5 stars. For our main course, we tried three blackened Maui tacos and a green tomato burger. While everything was edible, the flavors were lacking, and the burger was particularly bland. Additionally, the hours listed on their website are incorrect—currently, they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. When we mentioned this to the staff, they simply acknowledged it. Overall, our experience wasn't great; we drove 45 minutes based on a recommendation, and now we're not certain if we would return. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the decor was lovely! I also appreciated the concept of the garage doors, which can open up to create more space during busy times.
