Ice Cream Hut Cocoa Beach

The ice cream is fantastic! The service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxed and casual. It might be a bit cramped for larger groups, but they were able to seat our group of 12. It is kid-friendly with picnic tables in the back to enjoy without worry about making a mess.

The ice cream shop was a beautiful and unique experience with two outdoor seating areas to enjoy your treats.

The service was rude and unhelpful. I asked to try multiple flavors but was only given one spoon. When I tried to use the back of the spoon to taste another, I was refused. I ended up taking a chance on a few scoops, but they were not worth it. I also tried the soft serve, which was mostly ice and lacked flavor. If a restaurant specializes in ice cream, it should be exceptional. Save your time and go to Publix for Häagen-Dazs or another favorite brand instead.

I just got the saddest 8 dollar sundae of my life from here. Went in on a Monday night to grab a milkshake on milkshake Monday. I guess the soft serve has been broken for days said disgruntled employee who offered for me to pay double to use the hard ice cream instead. Feeling like it's probably just easier to get a sundae from the upset man I ordered a small single flavor with hot fudge no whipped cream. He added whipped cream, realized the mistake then spooned the top off into the sink. The final product looked like this. Note it's 8pm and 50 degrees out so it's not like it's hot out this evening. Just the saddest ice cream experience ever from a place that's supposed to be a fun delight.
