First, let's start with the good. The staff at the Four Points Hotel is extremely friendly! We were treated warmly when we arrived and when we departed. The staff is definitely one of the very few shining stars of this hotel. The bad news is that this hotel is extremely old. Can’t believe the service I got from the staff here, just amazing. After checking in I went to park my truck and my starter decided to fail. Paul at the front hooked me up with his security personnel to get me up and going again. Mike from security went above and beyond to help my family and I get my truck started again.
