This was my second and final time here,... read more The wait at this restaurant is disgustingly long for no apparent reason. It seems like all the staff is still sleeping. This was my second and final time here, never again. A similar situation occurred about 3 weeks ago. Tonight, after waiting 20 minutes and being 6th in line, the lone cashier had only served 2 people, despite 2 staff members working in the kitchen. I left, as did 2 others in line.

On... read more If you're looking to find an alternative to KFC, avoid this particular location. I've visited a few times, but the chicken always ends up dry and overcooked. On one occasion, they ran out of white meat and offered me dark meat instead, resulting in 14 legs and 4 thighs. It was a disappointment. Another time during rush hour, there was no chicken available at all. After these experiences, I've decided to give up on KFC, thanks to the disappointing offerings at this Cochrane, AB location.

It was cold, greasy, and slightly overcooked. However, the rest of the menu was relatively better in quality.

I know this is not her fault as a cashier but I asked why n... read more Went to the KFC and asked to substitute gravy for my salad. The cashier told me they don 't do that. I know this is not her fault as a cashier but I asked why not, every other KFC does? The manager yelled from his table: but we don 't . They couldn 't provide one of their own deals. The lady working there said the owner chooses not to give the deal that is all over television and adverts currently. Went across the street to Mary Bown 's. I was able to substitute my salad for a gravy with no problem. Also you can substitute your fries for delicious taters for free. Needless to say I am not going to Cochrane KFC again. WE LOVE MARY BROWN 'S!!
