What User doesn't like about Jack's Famous Hamburgers:
Unfortunately, the food and service at this restaurant on Sunday left much to be desired. The food was cold, the napkins were missing, and the staff seemed disinterested in their job. I am disappointed to say that I was not a happy customer, and my husband even had to return his food for a refund. View all feedback.
I gave them a 2 star review for one we are not local and got their menus from their online site and we thought what was so reasonable. I had changed the restaurant and menu prices so this must be corrected online. not only that our food was cold and the burgers were a no for me. Two dollars for hardly one burger.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.Fast fresh food at a price you can't beat with a stick.The burger was delicious and the fries were crunchy and piping hot.I recommend the Jack Combo.

Really great burger. No frills or hype, just good food and wonderful staff. So proud of what my home town has evolved into.
The restaurant was decent. I would give it about 3.5 stars, so I rounded up. The staff was friendly and it seemed like everything was made fresh to order. I enjoyed the fries, they were tasty and served generously. The small burgers were just okay. They only offer canned or bottled soda, no fountain drinks. I paid a little over $9 for three sliders, fries, and a Coke. I will probably give them another chance in the future and try something other than the burgers.
