I was waiting for an online order for 15 minutes not one employee out of 3 acknowledged me or asked me what I was waiting for then to get a coolata that is barely made correctly the consistency was syrup with crushed ice, not a frozen drink at all.

Last time I went a week ago) and just now both times my bagel and egg/cheese sandwich's have been burnt and inedible. It's pretty ridiculous especially because I asked for lightly toasted and what do I have to check it in the store?!?!? Not going there again and I will tell everyone I know they suck.
