More of an evening cool spot, which also serves some Japanese food, than for breakfast. Some outside seating, but be prepared for beggars. Service is a lot better than the poor to atrocious standard usually found in Cochabamba. But don't like the adoption of suggested 10% tip which is automatically added to the bill!
