We booked a Christmas party online. Luckily, we followed up to confirm that everything was still confirmed. Unfortunately, we were never informed that the venue was closed on the day of the party. That's really bad and shouldn't happen. When plans change like this, the organizers should give those affected enough time to find an alternative. It's a real shame.

The service is super friendly, the food is simply delicious, and the entire staff and waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect place for a wonderful evening with friends!

Two waitresses for the entire place? We waited half an hour before we were even seen and given a menu. After about an hour, drinks arrived... It was an extremely long wait before the waitress came by again. The drinks were so-so! The tea that was on the menu wasn't even available. The white chocolate only tasted of milk. Absolutely disappointing for us, and we definitely won't be back. A real shame!

We made a reservation online for a Christmas party. Luckily, we asked again if everything was still planned. Unfortunately, we were never informed that the place would be closed on the day the Christmas party was scheduled. That's really bad and shouldn't happen. Now, when such changes to plans are imminent, you should also give the people concerned feedback to give them enough time to find an alternative. It's a real shame.

One waitress has such bad hearing that she keeps giving out the wrong things or thinks we didn't say something. The food took an hour and a half. They could have offered a little less to make the customers happy. Twice we were brought something even though we hadn't ordered and twice they then asked us whether we hadn't ordered it. For a Saturday evening there wasn't even any music. It only came later. I wouldn't recommend it and I think the €72 was rubbish. If there aren't enough staff there you simply don't need so many customers. Or close the kitchen and only serve drinks.
