What Nichola Walt doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
We ordered 2 pizzas with wings and a drink tonight. Placed the order online, paid for extra toppings (onions). This is what extra onions looks like... The large size chicken bbq pizza was delicious. Definitely recommended.
Fast food 101…do not serve frozen chicken!!!!Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken and bacon were completely frozen. It also took 50 minutes for this disgusting food to arrive to my home
This was the best Pizza Hut experience we've ever had! The staff were fantastic, especially Mike, who went above and beyond to make us feel special. The pizza, garlic bread, and Hershey's chipits were all fresh and delicious. Thank you so much!
After the fourth unsuccessful attempt at 9:25 PM, I called as instructed. I was put on hold for 8 minutes, during which I was repeatedly told that if I didn’t want to wait, I could order online. Great, thanks for the tip. You might be wondering how this falls on the store’s shoulders. Well, once I finally reached a representative, they informed me that the stores prefer not to handle customer calls and instead direct them to the national call center. Wonderful. I sat on hold for so long that I missed the delivery window, which ended at 9:30 PM (how conveniently timed). When I expressed my frustration, the agent simply suggested I could pick up my order instead. Oh, can I? How exciting! Now I'm left wondering if the store has the power to decline an order because they don't want to serve customers. If that’s the case, perhaps they should have answered the phone instead of passing me off to the call center. Don’t worry, I won’t trouble you again—I’ll take my business elsewhere.
