What Bigc81 doesn't like about 123 Chinese Food:
Poor customer service, won’t let you customize (ie chicken fried rice with no onions)To busy to give me the total, told us if I want the total to call back in 10 minutes.Spoke with the manager “so called” just as ignorant as the employee on the phone.Recommend anyplace than this. I’m confused with all the bad reviews over the past year…. The lady who took our order was super pleasant. The food was ready just before their estimated time and it was pretty tasty. Further, we got a lot of food great value.I’m suspicious some of these one star reviews are bogus many have limited profiles. View all feedback.
