Wendy's -  Cobourg,

The owner, along with his wife, can be seen working the drive-thru and they are very friendly. The staff is great and the food is delicious! I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I would rate this restaurant a zero if I could. Today, I found something disgusting in my salad and I have no idea what it was. The restaurant tried to claim it was a piece of hamburger, but it definitely was not. I will never be back to this place. Food: 1/5.

Drive thru asks everyone to park and wait. If you don’t pull ahead the manager will come to the window and tell you to never come back to his restaurant if you don’t want to pull ahead. What happened to fast food ? If I wanted to park and wait I would have just went inside in the first place and no need to be rude to people who remember when fast food was fast food.

This has been one of the worse wendys of all time. We visit often wendys restaurants but this location was the worse we have experience in a long time. They gave us all of our order wrong. There were items we didn't ask for, toppings we ask not to have on the burgers, pretty much they didn't not care of what wee ordered. The staff unorganized, they were more concerned taking to each other and or making jokes than actually working. Other staff members will just talk to friends that will visit them and won't care about the customers. The manager John help us a lot and we believe did his very best to keep us happy. He even refunded us for he whole order. Still not acceptable to have useless staff. I think retired people or elderly people will make the service better. Those students clearly don't care for the customers.
