had no barrier, which said it was closed. in the menu for 10min no answer. sent to window where they do not open to me for 4 min. 630am sign on menu said 6am. I work in the service industry and mostly very understanding. keep it blocked until they are open, please... don't take my order, either went to timmies. View all feedback.
Lively location. the parking space and the traffic seemed to cause a bit chaos. when entering, the floors were sticky. the self-service is convenient, but at least two machines ran out of Ticker band, which apparently led to confusion among the paragliders. we brought the problem to the employees who advised us that they were aware and they called out. They could only do what they could do to get the situation around and they were awfully busy. the seasoned were empty, the fountain and the serviette area were dirty. the seats and table plates were sticky, we tried three different tables before putting on one. my chickenburger didn't taste right, something was just gone, my friends big mac was cold. we enjoyed our fries. before we used the bathroom, they came to stale urin and looked like they had not been checked for the better part of the day. that is what looks like under personalization, and if this is not the reason for the whole chaos that we have experienced today from entering to getting out, then there is a bigger thing at this place and everything that it is going for a health and safety inspector, there is no possibility that it would happen.

They forgot the half of my order in the worth of over 30 when I ordered the car, inside was closed. I was on a trip to the nearby beach and did not recognize it until I paid for parking there. then it was too late. never come to this place when they do that, please make sure they check their order. also happened to my sibling, they have two commanded to follow! my sibling had to literally wrap around and tell them they missed their order. that can't happen anymore. their current custom review makes sense. I'll never be back.
“Fingers” there in the drive thru. my got what to say. its hand is disgusting dirty, with long nails that have never been cleaned or clipped. he touches everything and I mean everything. puts his whole hand over the cup. becher the wood spoons. when he was asked for another clean spoon and didn't want to touch him so much, he went back so much, but with attitude. honestly, we won't be back. I'm just thinking about it.
It looks like the Cobourg McDonald's hasn't been spared the ravages of the staffing shortages.Often I will find the drive through and the dinning room closed. Your only option is to order from the app and wait in the drop off spots.The washrooms are also closed.I've also seen a drop in the food quality. The last McGriddle I ordered was a little mushy, bland and luke warm. It's not often that I don't finish a breakfast sandwich. A sad day.I hope we see a return to glory for this location
