Reviews - Red Apple Buffet
Reviews summary
A neighborhood buffet known for friendly service, clean surroundings and strong value, especially at lunchtime when dishes are fresh. Guests enjoy a wide selection and generous portions, with staff willing to replace items on request. However, evenings can bring overcooked or stale food and reduced variety, so expect inconsistent temperature and freshness after peak hours. Ideal for budget-conscious families, regulars and takeout orders, but not for those seeking reliably hot, fine-dining experiences.

The food is best around noon when it's hot and fresh. If you ask for new dishes of the food you want, they will happily replace it. Sometimes, I notice that the food looks a bit stale, but the staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction—just speak up! Four of us can eat for about $40 to $50, which is a great deal. Just remember to ask for a fresh batch at this buffet, and the restaurant itself is always clean.
The dumplings were served cold, and unfortunately, I ended up with a serious case of diarrhea after my visit. Initially, everything seemed great, but the aftermath was quite unpleasant. It's an enjoyable experience at first, but just be cautious and ensure there's a bathroom nearby.
Fresh is not the claim here . Although they are always friendly and the facility usually clean . The food is blan and has the taste of yesterday's left overs . You get what you pay for and you won't pay much so don't expect much.

Very nice and friendly place Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food wasn't great this time. Came in for dinner around 5. Seemed to be most had been in the serving pans for a while as it was hard...harder to chew but definitely edible. It's decent to come here once or twice a year. Good selection of foods. Service is decent keeping the table clean and drinks full.. I'll go back again for sure but expecting a below average meal again. Food: 3

Love the buffet and order out! If you order $30 or more for payout, you will receive free sugar cans. So when I ordered for my husband and I on a Monday night, we included $27.05 (tax). I thought we didn't make the brand, we both were not concerned about it, for free doughnuts but they gave it to use!!! Super nice customer service and could not recommend it enough!!!
Best price for a Chinese buffet I've ever seen! My big family and I always stop here when we are on the way back from the monastery and it is always a beautiful experience
I go there 4 to 5 times a week I love it the place is clean the food is delicious the owners are beautiful. Covid has put a big dent in her business, so if you are looking for a good tasty experience, keep her in mind.
