One of the best meat restaurants we have been to... we will definitely repeat. We had it on the terrace and it was truly spectacular. Good place to eat but a bit overpriced...the attention is very fast and that is greatly appreciated, I start with the starters, the sweetbreads are very tasty, no drawbacks, the croquettes were also tasty but they tasted a bit like school, and the tomato salad With ventresca, a little more tomato would not be bad, for what you pay... the meat becomes a little ball, both rare and to the point, but it is a good quantit... Exceptional waiters (Ismael is a wonderful person). Top-notch raw material, THERE IS NEVER A FAILURE. If you want to get along with someone, go to Asador de Cobeña. You won't eat better anywhere in all of Madrid. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
