The food is traditional but with a modern feel. The service and advice on wines is excellent. The flexibility to adapt dishes to your tastes is incredible. I have eaten here twice and on both occasions I was not disappointed. The restaurant is not elegant but the food is. I had a stew with a Barolo and chocolate sauce with polenta that was incredible. The wines recommended were perfect and the deserts are fantastic. Cant wait to go back.
