I stay in Coatepec, so on my way to Calapa I found the same restaurant here. From the outside it looks really nice. Now comes the dark side. I asked for 14 things on the menu they didn't have or they didn't even know how tone water. really. Waitress didn't know what Tonic water is. I didn't want it for a gin in the menu! 8 wines from their wine list (which has a total of 17 wines) were not found. the menu says to ask waiters on the premium wines, not listed in the wine card, and the waiter had no idea what I was talking about, so she went to the kitchen and came back to say that they had no premium wines. from the 17 wines, 10 are sold by glass, or so says the menu, only 2 cheap terrible wines through the glass. this place is really disappointing! Food on the other hand is good. Just good. not worth the effort. I don't know if the restaurant in xalapa is good compared to this 11 km away. never come back!

There is great disorganization from arrival to departure: no one greets you to order or give you a table, the waiting area is isolated from the restaurant, so I consider it important that someone receive you. The place has a lot of potential to give a much more pleasant atmosphere and make your dinner or visit much more pleasant. For a celebration of 4-5 people, it is a nice gesture for the birthday child to be given their individual dessert as a courtesy, but on this occasion I saw the cost of the dessert reflected in the bill.
