What Darby Gulgowski doesn't like about Denny's:
we had breakfast in this restaurant and hospitable is one of the worst we have experienced. we have asked for water several times, but never get the water. Coffee refill was also not available. the food was decent, but had to wait a lot of time to take the order. overall I would not recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
Great experience! The food was very good. But the server we had was extraordinary. His name was Alexis and I can't remember having a better service. This young man is a loan to the company!
We were there on a very late Tuesday night. They were very short staffed, just 2 guys working the dining room. The service was slow and it took a while for our food to come out. Can't really blame the staff since these 2 guys were taking care of about 30 diners. Our meal tasted good (Moons over my hammy and Supreme skillet). What make the experience really good was the waiter, I can't remember his name but this guy was a true pro. He was running all the tables, handling orders, requests, and fixing problems and he did everything with a positive attitude, a courteous voice, and a pleasant demeanor. The only negative in our experience was the meal took almost an hour and a half; that added a chunk of time in our road trip.
I was asked if I wanted syrup with my pancakes, but that's not really a question! A better question would have been which flavor of syrup I’d prefer. However, the food was still good!
Not bad; it's your typical Denny's. My last visit was decent, and the ones before that were too.
The service was outstanding, and the food was delivered quickly and piping hot. Since it's located along a transition road, it's common to see semi trucks and trailers passing by. The setting feels reminiscent of a more traditional diner rather than a modern truck stop. Unfortunately, there aren't any counter seats available for solo diners, which is a bit of a downside. Like many places these days, prices have gone up—a burger costs around $15 and a sandwich is about $13. My ham sandwich and coffee ended up being $22 after the tip. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're in the mood for a Denny's-style meal.
