Place was full of insects. Nacho chips had several insects on the chip. We brought it up to the cashier. Did not care at all. She was too busy trying to close down than give good service. Please clean up the floors and all the infestation. We got sick Please never stop there not even for gas. It was the worst experience ever. View all feedback.
0/0 customer service. We came when there was no patrons, and we never got acknowledged by the employee so we left.
Decent place to eat, nice cashier/cook. Would eat there again when passing through.
Customer service was terrible, food had no flavor. I love Baja Fresh but this place is terrible.

IMO, the grilled shrimp Baja Bowl was very tasty when compared to the usual burger joints at most of the typical fuel stops that can accommodate a CMV in California on I-5.
