This is the first Wingstop I’ve visited where they actually added sauce to the tenders. The food came out quickly, the service was excellent, and the place was clean.

Within the additional 30 minutes I had to wait, to receive my food (an 8 piece Cajun/Louisiana Rub combo) on a bustling Saturday night, I noticed a lack of organization and a rising tension throughout the restaurant. I observed customers attempting to retrieve their pick up orders but were told not yet , and watching those same customers choose a corner and patiently wait in mystery. From this observation I recommend instead of people just having to constantly check the status of their order, might I suggest a sign in sheet (that includes phone number possibly) so the staff can keep better track of who has actually arrived. Without that it really seemed like a free-for-all and orders were getting mixed up and a lot of the staff looked confused, aimless at times while the others in the back were slaying away trying to catch up on the rush. Such a large number of staff, the lack of organization was a definite detriment. I overheard customers saying they had the same experience the weeks prior. I also feel like a particular delegation is in order, I feel like a lot of staff wanted to help but weren 't sure how, so maybe a reviewing of rules and what to do when idle would help on these busy nights. I also recommend trying to put the orders in alphabetical order, or having a larger distinguishing identifier for each order- because asking for the status of my order and watching them pick up each receipt down the line just to be told not yet . And as someone who has worked in the hospitality business for too long, I recommend you quote customers realistic wait times so they can gage and lessen the potential tension. My order was correct, but cold because it sat in the line without any notification and I had to keep asking the status. The wings are so flavorful that I could really have them at any temperature, it 's just sucky to have cold fries. I love Wingstop and I believe they will figure this out hoping this helps.
